Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Ultra Gloss Detailing.

We are here to help if you are not satisfied with your order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask for you to return your product within 14 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it in, unused & undamaged in any way.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Postage

Ultra Gloss Detailing offers free delivery on orders over £75 within UK Mainland.

We aim to have orders dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm otherwise dispatch will be the following day.

We use DPD & Royal Mail to ship your orders.
